Refund Policy

The same promise covers each add-on (Fiction, Children's Books) separately: each has its own 30 days from its own purchase date, and a refund of one does not affect the others you keep. If you refund the system itself, the add-ons you bought with it can be refunded too, since they need it.

How to ask for a refund

Email james@atozinternetmarketing.com within 30 days of the purchase date on your JVZoo receipt. Include:

• the email address you used at checkout; and
• your JVZoo transaction ID, which is on your receipt.

You do not have to give a reason. If you would like to say what did not work for you, I will read it and use it to improve the system.

What happens next

• I aim to answer within two working days and process the refund through JVZoo.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or PayPal, usually a few working days.
• You get the full price you paid. I do not charge a fee for refunds.

After a refund

Your licence to use the system ends when the refund is made. Please delete the plugin, the system files, the manual and any videos. The books you created while you had the system remain yours.

After 30 days

Refunds after 30 days are at my discretion. If something is genuinely broken, write to me anyway: I would rather fix it.

Your legal rights

This promise is in addition to your rights under consumer law and does not replace them. In the United Kingdom and the European Union, consumers have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content, a right that can end once the download starts with your agreement. The 30-day promise above covers that period and runs longer.
