Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

In short: this website sets no cookies and runs no tracking. When you buy, I receive the details needed to deliver the system and support you, and nothing else. I never sell your data. The system itself runs in your own accounts, and nothing you write with it passes to me.

Who is responsible

J.E. Minnie is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: james@atozinternetmarketing.com.

This website

The sales page and these pages use no cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or forms, and load nothing from other websites. The web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of visit) for security for a short period. If I ever add analytics or cookies, I will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

What I receive when you buy

DataWhyLegal basis (UK and EU)
Your name, email address, country, the product bought, the price and the JVZoo transaction ID To deliver the system, provide updates, answer support and process refunds Performing our contract
The same transaction records To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires Legal obligation
Emails you send me To answer you Performing our contract, or my legitimate interest in answering questions
Your name and email address, if you join the newsletter To send news of system upgrades Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing

Your card or PayPal details are handled by JVZoo and its payment processors. I never see them. JVZoo's own use of your data is covered by JVZoo's privacy policy.

Emails and the newsletter

I email buyers about the system: delivery, updates and support. The newsletter, which announces system upgrades, is optional: you join it only if you choose to, every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your licence, your updates or your support. I will not add you to any other marketing list unless you ask to join one.

The helpdesk and the forum

When you raise a request at the helpdesk, I receive what you send (your name, email address and the details of your request) and use it only to answer you. The forum is optional; what you post there can be read by other buyers, and if it runs on a third-party platform, that platform's own use of your data is covered by its terms and privacy policy.

The system and your books

The system runs in your own Claude, GitHub, Google and Amazon accounts, under those companies' terms and privacy policies. Your research, manuscripts, covers, listings and sales readings stay in your accounts. I have no access to them, and the system sends nothing to me.

Sharing

I do not sell, rent or trade personal data. I share it only with JVZoo to process payments and refunds, with my email provider to send and receive email, with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers are in the United States. Where UK or EU data is transferred abroad, it is protected by the safeguards those laws require, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually six to seven years, and then deleted. Support emails and helpdesk requests are kept for up to two years after the last message. Newsletter details are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form. Email james@atozinternetmarketing.com and I will answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the United Kingdom or your national authority in the EU. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, and I do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Children

The system is for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with its date.
